::Great place to learn geology, anthropology and history of polynesia. Botanical gardens are also beautiful. Only shortage is they do not usually have (audio) guides, meanwhile it is hard to find english descriptions following the french ones -- there is definitely a better way to arrange the text on board.

::There is more in Polynesia. Beautiful Site opposite top Morea

::Good museum but could be much better ... a bit rusty ... I think time has stopped there ...

::Nice museum. I learned a lot about the people and history of the south pacific region.

::The exhibition is a little dated and not all exhibits are fully translated (from French) into English yet, however you get a sense of the history and tradition of Polynesia. Although, at 600XPF it's a good value entrance fee for a two hour attraction and the courtyard garden is a nice addition.
